《北大国际法与比较法评论》（以下简称《评论》）是由北京大学法学院创办，研究生独立组织和编辑的国际法（含国际公法、国际经济法和国际私法）与比较法学术书刊，由北京大学出版社出版，公开发行，现向全社会广泛征稿。
《评论》定位于高水平的学术书刊，坚持学术自律、自主和自尊的方针。内容以论文、译文、评论、书评为主，还包括国际动态综述、重要文件资料、学术活动、中国实践、国际法和比较法教与学等栏目。
《评论》面向国内外征集稿件。《评审》内部有非常严格和标准的审理稿件的标准和程序规则。审稿人员从全国知名学者中聘请，采用双向匿名审稿制，坚持以学术水平为唯一的审稿标准。初审通过的论文由编辑部隐去作者的姓名和工作单位，交由审稿人评审并提出书面评审意见。审稿意见包括是否可以采纳或者如何进行修改，并阐述相关之理由。对于审稿人提出不予采纳或者应予以修改的论文，编辑部隐去审稿人的姓名和工作单位后交由作者，作者可以提出书面的不同意见，由编辑部复审。
《评论》采用一般学术刊物通行的注释体例；引用他人著作，请依著作权法规定注明出处，如有任何纠纷，均由作者自行负责。来稿请附英文标题，译文请附原文。论文请附250字左右的中英文内容摘要和3到5个左右的中英文关键词，并请注明作者真实姓名，学历、任职单位、职称和通讯办法。来稿请尽量提供电子版（word文件格式）。
《评论》长期征稿。所有来稿均在收稿之日起三个月内回复录用情况，请勿在审稿期间将稿件投向他处，如有特殊情况请务必来信告知。
来稿一经刊用，目前暂无稿酬，而将赠送当期杂志一册。但在适当的时候，本刊将支付稿酬。

Call for Papers
Peking University International and Comparative Law Review (PKUICLR) is an official publication of Peking University Law School, and it is the first academic journal in the People’s Republic of China specialized in international law and comparative law jointly.
PKUICLR invites papers on current topics of interest to the community of international and comparative law. PKUICLR also dedicates a portion of each issue to showcasing research in international and comparative law by students. Articles, comments, notes, report on recent development, case analysis, and book reviews in the field of international law and comparative law are all welcomed.
Original and unpublished articles, comments, and notes are preferred. All the submissions to PKUICLR in foreign languages will be translated into Chinese if accepted for publication. If published articles or comments are submitted, the contributor should be responsible for the copyright issue.
All submissions receive no fee if accepted for publication, but we will send one copy of the issue to the contributor as a remembrance. The draft of paper for submission should include a summary of about 150 words, describing the main arguments and conclusions of the article, as well as three to five key words. The manuscript shall also be attached with a brief introduction about the author, including the name, institute, educational background, and contact info.
All papers submitted should be typed, double-spaced, and in duplicate, with a diskette if possible. Electronic submission is preferred, as an email attachment in doc file (Microsoft Word v. 7.0 or above). Materials may be submitted at any time of the year and, if accepted for publication, will be published at the earliest available opportunity. PKUICLR greatly appreciates all submissions and will notify authors of acceptance or rejection as soon as possible.
