【主讲人】Ed ó Donnabháin,
is from Ireland and has been working with Front Line Defenders for six years.Part of his role with the organisation is as training co-ordinator, which means identifying the training needs and capacities of human rights defenders at-risk around the world and working with them to increase those capacities and reduce some of the risks they face.
Front Line Defenders was founded in Dublin in 2001 to protect and support human rights defenders. In providing protection and support to human rights defenders, Front Line Defenders and its staff are committed to:
• focus on the primacy and centrality of defenders;
• demonstrate profound respect and empathy for defenders;
• meet the needs expressed by the defenders in a fast, flexible and relentless manner;
• achieve tangible impact;
• act with independence, impartiality and integrity;
